Before You Book
1. Choose the Right Vehicle
Please select your vehicle based on both the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. The maximum luggage capacity may vary depending on the vehicle and the number of passengers.
2. Luggage Size
Our luggage capacity is based on standard 24-inch suitcases. Please check the luggage size guide below and enter the number and size of your luggage accurately when making your reservation.
3. Big Van & Mini Bus
When traveling with a full number of passengers and luggage, some luggage may need to be placed next to the seats. In some cases, passengers may need to use folding seats to accommodate the luggage.
4. Pickup Information
Please provide your hotel/accommodation name, building name, and preferred pickup time accurately when booking. For large resorts or complexes with multiple buildings, please make sure to specify the exact building.
5. Early Morning & Late Afternoon Pickup
KRW 50,000 surcharge applies to departures scheduled between 4:01 PM and 5:59 AM.
6. Vehicle Assignment
The vehicle shown in the booking option may be replaced with a similar vehicle of the same category depending on availability. The assigned vehicle will be confirmed before your trip.
7. Traffic & Travel Time
Travel time between Busan and Vivaldi Park is approximately 5.5 hours, but may vary depending on traffic and road conditions, especially during weekends, holidays, and the winter season. As this is a long-distance transfer, please allow sufficient travel time when planning your schedule.
