Before You Book
1. Luggage
Please check the luggage capacity of your selected vehicle before booking. The number of passengers and luggage must be within the vehicle's stated capacity.
Please also enter the size and quantity of your luggage when requested during checkout.
2. Seoul Accommodation
Please provide the full and accurate address of your hotel or accommodation in Seoul.
If the vehicle cannot access your accommodation directly, a nearby meeting point will be provided.
3. Train Information
For transfers from Seoul KTX Station to your hotel, please provide your train number and arrival time when making your reservation.
For transfers from your hotel to Seoul KTX Station, please provide your train number and departure time when making your reservation.
4. Pickup Time
Please select your preferred pickup time when making your reservation.
For transfers from Seoul KTX Station, please select your pickup time based on your train's scheduled arrival time.
Please be ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time, as delays may result in additional charges.

Your confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us.

Your driver and vehicle details will be sent to you via WhatsApp 1 day before your transfer date.

Meet Your Driver
For transfers from your Seoul hotel to Seoul KTX Station, please be ready at your hotel at the scheduled pickup time. For transfers from Seoul KTX Station to your hotel, please meet your driver at the designated meeting point inside Seoul KTX Station.
