• There is no price for children, The ticket price applies to all ages.
• Children under 36months is free of charge and not occupying seats. Please bring their passport to prove their age.
• The shuttle bus has cargo space at the bottom of bus, so you can bring your luggage on the way to Seoul/ Vivaldi Park. (no extra charge)
Important Note
• Staff Assistance: Our staff will be available at each designated meeting point to assist you with boarding.
• Please Arrive on Time: The shuttle bus departs promptly at the scheduled departure time and cannot wait for late passengers. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. Missed departures due to late arrival are the passenger's responsibility and are non-refundable.
• Ski Rental Shop Stop: The shuttle bus will make a brief stop at a ski rental shop on both routes (Seoul → Vivaldi Park / Vivaldi Park → Seoul). Guests who have purchased the shuttle bus ticket only are kindly requested to remain on the bus during this stop.
