Lesson Curriculum

The curriculum is tailored to each guest's skill level. The following program is designed for first-time skiers and snowboarders, while experienced guests will receive instruction based on their current ability and goals.

Safety & Equipment

Learn basic safety rules and slope etiquette, how to put on and take off your equipment, and how to move safely on a flat surface.

Falling & Getting Up

Learn how to fall and get back up safely to build confidence and reduce the risk of injury while skiing or snowboarding.

Basic Skills

Practice the basic stance, sliding, slowing down, and stopping techniques needed to control your skis or snowboard.

Lift & Turning

Learn how to use the ski lift safely and practice changing direction with basic turning techniques appropriate to your level.

Booking Info

Before You Book

• Early booking is strongly recommended. Each lesson time has limited instructor availability and can fill up quickly, especially during peak season and holidays.

• Ski lessons are available for children aged 3 and above, while snowboard lessons are available for children aged 8 and above. Please make sure the participant meets the minimum age requirement before booking.
• Please choose Ski or Snowboard carefully. Changing the lesson type after the lesson has started is not permitted.

• Each lesson can accommodate up to 3 participants per group. Groups of 4 or more must be divided into separate groups. For example, a group of 4 will be arranged as 2 + 2, and a group of 5 as 3 + 2.

• Please follow your instructor's safety instructions at all times and follow Alpensia Resort's safety rules while using the slopes.

How to Use

1. Receive Your Confirmation Voucher
Your confirmation voucher will be sent to you by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam folder or contact us.
2. Meet Your Instructor
Our staff will contact you via WhatsApp 1 day before your lesson to double-check the meeting point and lesson time.
Meeting Point: Inside Alpensia Ski House, Coin Locker #0817.

Important:
Please make sure your ski equipment and lift pass are ready before meeting your instructor. The lesson time cannot be extended due to late arrival or delays caused by equipment preparation.

Refund Policy

• 4 days or more before the scheduled tour date: 100% refund
• 3 days or less before the scheduled tour date: No refund
• Reservation Changes: Must be requested at least 2 days before the original tour date, subject to availability.
