•Children from 25 months to 12 years old apply to Child fare and need to bring their passport to prove their age.

•Children under 25 months is free of charge and not occupying seats.

•Seat can be sold out on weekend/public holiday, please book very in advance. If seats are sold out, we’ll ask you other options or refund 100%.

•If your internet connection is bad during Tour, Please save your QR code on your mobile phone before heading to meeting point.

•It’ll take around 3-3.5 hours/way up to location or traffic.

•The bus doesn’t stop for toilet. If you’re urgent, please show this to driver 화장실 부탁드려요 (please stop for toilet)

•Arrival time can be delayed for traffic, weather or other reasons. No one has responsibility for it.
•Customer who take the shuttle bus at Hongik Univ. / Myeongdong / Dongdaemun need to switch another shuttle bus at Sports Complex Station. Staff will assist you on site to ride right shuttle bus.

②Please check your meeting point and way to go from your place, and designated meeting time is based on departure time. So Please be there 5-10 minutes in advance.
③When you take a shuttle bus, Please check with driver you board on right bus.

• Cancellation 2days or less before the appointed tour date: No refund
